The firm makes software that monitors real-time customer behaviour and builds predictive models that firms can use to better understand their customers.

Harvard will drive understanding of the software among a number of sectors including gaming, financial services, marketing, retail and e-commerce.

The agency will tailor activity to different audiences such as chief information officers and marketing directors, and aims to turn the firm into a global brand.

Harvard MD Louie St Claire said the innovative technology behind Featurespace offered ‘the chance to develop creative storytelling approaches that have great content and a bold approach to media relations at their heart’.

Featurespace is backed by Autonomy founder Mike Lynch and led by Martina King, a former MD of Yahoo Europe and augmented reality platform Aurasma.

Whiteoaks, which previously held the account, was not involved in the pitch.
