PRWeek understands that the TSB has put a tender out through the Government’s new Agile Route to Market framework, which covers work worth less than £100,000.

The brief is believed to include supporting the body on trade missions, with a focus on showing that UK firms ‘are fast-growing and innovative’, according to a source.

The board, which is funded by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and other departments, was set up in 2007.

The board’s aim, its website states, is to promote, support and invest in technology research, development and commercialisation. The TSB declined to comment on the process.
