Julie Bailey (enlarge image) was running a café when her mother died in a Stafford hospital.Five years later, she has become a media star thanks to her campaigning group, Cure the NHS, pushing for better standards in her local NHS trust.

Last month she appeared on Channel 4 News after the Francis Inquiry upheld many of the accusations her group had made.
