Fisk joins Innovation Group, which manages the claims process for insurance companies, after six years at business and technology services company Logica, where she managed global PR and comms.

Commenting on her appointment, Fisk said: ‘The insurance industry is entering a brave new world – an era of new risks, new challenges and new audiences, so it’s an exciting time to join Innovation Group.’

She added: ‘My role will be to help amplify this story while ensuring that marketing and communications are truly aligned.'

In her former role, Fisk worked on PR strategies across 15 countries and managed external comms for acquisitions, including that of Logica by CGI.

Before Logica, she spent 10 years agency-side, eight of which were at Lewis PR managing clients such as BT.

Innovation Group, which last week posted annual revenue of £193m, acquired Value Partners N.V. in Belgium and Marishal Thompson & Co (Environmental) earlier this year.
