Paddy Power, the bookmaker, has appointed Catherine Colloms to the newly created role of director of corporate affairs. She is currently a director at Brunswick and will start her London-based role in January. Colloms will be responsible for devising and implementing Paddy Power's corporate comms strategy, including media relations, public affairs and corporate responsibility. She has been at Brunswick since 2006 and was previously a diplomat at the Foreign Office.

Drooms, a specialist 'data room' provider, has selected Cognito as its UK PR agency. Drooms data rooms offer a secure virtual space in which parties can safely conduct due diligence and share documents for transactions across the legal, real estate, corporate finance, life sciences and corporate services sectors.

Information Mosaic, a financial technology software provider, has brought in Hudson Sandler to position it as the leading post-trade software provider to the capital markets globally. Appointed this month, Hudson Sandler will liaise with media, online forums, regulators, analysts and key stakeholders in the US, UK and internationally.

Walbrook PR has been appointed as financial PR adviser to LiteBulb Group, an AIM listed business that identifies, manufactures and distributes innovative branded consumer products.
