The agency celebrated double-digit growth across all its regions and practices, with its North American revenue recording a 13 per cent rise with numerous high-profile wins, including Citrix Online.

Other wins across the network include the Shanghai Towers, Tokyo 2020 Olympic Committee, United Nations Foundation and Roche/Genentech.

The agency's biggest growth driver was its strength in digital, with digital work accounting for more than 20 per cent of its overall net revenue.

Vice-chairman Fiona Noble and UK MD Michelle McGlocklin departed, but new hires included Bill Royce as senior vice-president, Cleantech, energy & sustainability EMEA. In November, president Andy Polansky was promoted to CEO, replacing Harris Diamond, who became CEO of Interpublic's ad agency network McCann Worldgroup.
