Smallbone of Devizes wants to increase awareness of its brand worldwide and build its profile as a leader in the high end furniture market.

The company has been designing and making fine furniture in its Devizes workshops for more than 30 years. Last year it employed the agency to handle the media launch of a collection devised with interior designer Kelly Hoppen.

Bell Pottinger will continue this work as well as launching new collections in 2013 and highlighting Smallbone’s partnership with Raymond Blanc.

Leo Caplan, CEO of Smallbone of Devizes, said: ‘Following outstanding international growth and our entry into the contemporary furniture market, 2013 will be another year of innovation at Smallbone.

‘We wanted to work with a PR agency who shares our vision and passion for the heritage, direction and potential of the business and Bell Pottinger will do just that.’

Working alongside the consumer team, Pelham Bell Pottinger will continue to handle the corporate PR for parent company Canburg.
