The polo-themed Mayfair venue is the first joint venture between Mark Alexiou, creator of club brand Pangaea, and Mark Cutler, the leisure and property entrepreneur behind Nobu, Cipriani and Supperclub London.

Golden Goose will publicise the launch and help draw up an A-list committee that will help to grow an exclusive member base. The agency will also handle a media relations campaign to generate interest in the launch and design input of fashion designer Manolo Blahnik.

Mark Alexiou said: ‘Golden Goose impressed us with its international media credentials and understanding of what it takes to create a strong, luxury brand. We hope to continue to work with the agency as we expand Rocking Horse into style capitals from New York to Asia.’

Golden Goose MD Miki Haines-Sanger said: ‘Rocking Horse Mayfair is lavish new space, never used as a club before, that celebrates Britain's rock and roll and polo-playing roots.

‘As well as publicising the launch, we're involved with the formation of an A-list committee. Throw in Michelin star chefs, a sushi bar and private entrances that keep stars away from prying eyes, this is the perfect playground for luxury brands and media to host events.’
