Waterworth, who led FTI Consulting’s financial services practice before leaving during the summer, will join Prosek as MD and head of its London office.

Prosek was previously known as Cubitt Jacobs & Prosek until a global rebrand in July and the launch of a wholly-owned UK business after ending its relationship with previous UK partner Cubbitt Consulting.

Jen Prosek, CEO and founder, said: ‘Andrew's corporate and financial services communications track record and his reputation as an inspirational manager fit us perfectly. We expect Andrew to take our London office to even greater heights.’

Waterworth commented: ‘After 15 years at Financial Dynamics and FTI, I was looking for something different, but very specific; a sector specialisation; a growing and successful franchise and an organisation with a vibrant, authentic and entrepreneurial culture. Prosek Partners is all of these things.’

During his time at FTI he advised clients including Aviva, BlackRock and AXA Investment Managers.
