Weber Shandwick has appointed three PR and public affairs consultants in Aberdeen. Account manager Susan Anderson and account executives Ailsa Nicol and Greig Duncan will form part of Weber Shandwick's global energy team, which links offices in leading energy centres, including London, Oslo, Houston and Dubai.

Ketchum-Pleon has recruited Elina Dimofte as an account manager in the public affairs and corporate team, reporting to MD of corporate and public affairs Jo-Ann Robertson. Dimofte formerly worked at TLG Communications, where she was an executive consultant and junior partner.

Drax Group has appointed Matt Willey to its corporate comms team, from Luther Pendragon where he was a consultant. He has worked on the 2001 general election campaign, at the Cabinet Office, the MoD and the FCO, before joining Luther Pendragon in 2007.

Cicero Consulting has appointed Cameron Rae and Daniel Regan as associates in its UK public affairs team. Rae formerly worked at R&M Lines. Regan joins from working as a researcher at the Conservative Party, where he oversaw political research, press relations and business development. Both report to director and chief corporate counsel Iain Anderson.
