The brief covers PR and social media and will form part of an integrated launch campaign for the yoghurt with ad agency Leo Burnett.

Fleishman-Hillard consumer MD Holly Ward said: ‘It’s a delight to be working with Chobani delivering integrated consumer & digital PR plans as well as maximising our expertise in the blogging arena. The brief lends itself to innovative communications and creativity, which is at the heart of all good consumer PR work.’

Chobani Greek Yoghurt is the best selling yoghurt brand in the US. The privately owned company began in 2005 and has since become market leader in the US ahead of international brands such as Danone and Yoplait.

Chobani is looking to replicate its success in the UK. The brand has a strong social media strategy involving blogging and community building which Fleishman-Hillard will continue in the UK.
