Watson gets top job as Financial Dynamics chief

Top 10 City PR consultancy Financial Dynamics has promoted MD

Charles Watson to chief executive.

Twelve-year FD stalwart Watson replaces Nick Miles, who became chief

executive of the recently-launched holding company, Business

Communications International last November.

Miles said Watson will not be replaced in the role of MD.

Watson also joins the board of BCI - which was launched by FD parent

company Cordiant Communications.

In addition, FD international managing director Hugh Morrison has been

made BCI Group managing director. He will continue to head FD's

international division. BCI comprises FD, New York-based IR specialist

and financial markets.

On the BCI venture, Cordiant Communications Group chief executive

Michael Bungey, said: 'BCI is a high margin, high growth enterprise,

which delivers leading-edge solutions to clients worldwide.'

BCI was created to offer CEOs and board directors an international IR

and corporate communications service.
