MEDIA BRIEFS: Commercial Radio Companies Association criticises Government

CRCA: The Commercial Radio Companies Association has criticised the

Government for approving all five of the BBC's proposed digital radio

channels. CRCA chief executive Paul Brown said it damaged enterprise and

undermined competition. Proposals include a speech channel, one aimed at

young black people and one devoted to Asian interests.
