What is it good for?
Ceviche is a new and vibrant restaurant right in the PR heartland of Soho. It serves Peruvian-style cuisine and powerful cocktails to match.
We take clients here for informal meetings as Peruvian food is in something of an ascendency at the moment.
As the name would suggest, Ceviche is the best thing about this place. The menu is full of fresh ingredients prepared in a Latin American style. It is made by curing fish in a marinade of lime juice, chilli and a pinch of salt - better known as 'Tiger's milk'.
Be sure to ask for a spoon.
Who's the boss?
Martin Morales, formerly an executive at Apple.
Ceviche is perfect for anyone of a sporting persuasion - a lean, protein-rich and healthy menu. Try sitting at the bar and soaking up the atmosphere with a few foamy Pisco Sours.
What's the damage?
You get a lot of Ceviche for your money at £25 per head.
