Luchford will help launch the Riverlight development, part of London’s largest regeneration scheme on the South Bank, to the UK and international markets.

Luchford founder Kelly Luchford said: ‘We have been working with St James on other schemes, and feel very excited about the group’s growth plans and future developments. Riverlight requires a first-class international communications campaign and our experience in the luxury lifestyle arena will be a huge asset.’

The development, based in Nine Elms on the South Bank, will include 806 residential units located across six pavillions.

Luchford will promote the properties as offering the ‘ultimate standards in modern living’ with facilities that will include retail and leisure facilities, an exclusive residents’ clubhouse and bars and restaurants.

Building works for the scheme began earlier this year with completion expected in 2017.
