MEDIA: Love leads online direction for MRA trade magazine

Research, the monthly trade title published by the Market Research

Association has hired Bruce Love as its new editor.



Love replaces Bob Cervi, who has left the title to join Which? as

managing editor. The Australian Love joins from outside the market

research industry having most recently managed content for websites

targeting the computer development industry.



He will head a six-strong editorial team on the title and will be

seeking to keep the magazine up to date with the changes in the market

research industry being fostered by the growth of online research.



He said: 'My challenge is to take a good magazine and grow it

strategically - we are looking at an internet site, more media

partnerships, agreements with conferences within our area of expertise,

that kind of thing.'



'We also want to have more of a reader focus on the buyers of market

research products like PR agencies,' he added.
