Grey, whose full title is executive director for government communications in the Cabinet Office, was recently identified in PRWeek’s Power Book as one of the top ten most powerful comms professionals in the UK.

She will chair a panel of more than 60 judges, who will decide the winners of this year’s ‘PR Oscars’.

PRWeek editor-in-chief Danny Rogers said: ‘Jenny has the biggest comms job in the Government and will add further gravitas to our already stellar cast of judges.’

The early deadline for entering the 2012 PRWeek Awards is next Thursday (17 May).
