CHICAGO: The chairman and founder of the Financial Relations Board

(FRB) Ted Pincus is moving to a part-time job with the firm following a

corporate restructure by parent network BSMG. Pincus becomes chairman

emeritus and will work as an ad hoc consultant for The Interpublic

Group. FRB president Michael Rosenbaum also leaves. FRB vice-chairman

Donna Case becomes president, reporting to BSMF vice-chairman Andy

Polansky.
