The agency won the brief in a two-way pitch to launch two creative outdoor campaigns that generate awareness as the building prepares for a redevelopment in 2013.

The largest building on the South Bank after the Tate Modern, the Sea Containers is owned by property company Archlane and is currently in development as a Tom Dixon-designed luxury Mondrian Hotel and offices.

Golden Goose PR owner Miki Haines-Sanger said: ‘We created one very simple, visual concept as the core activity throughout the summer.

‘We don’t want to give too many clues but we were thrilled to receive no objection from the Palace and the Thames Jubilee Pageant ahead of presenting our final proposal – now we can’t wait to see what will be a very nostalgic and creative campaign go into production.’

Trevor Sherling of Yorke Property Management said he wanted a ‘creative and attention-grabbing campaign that tapped into the nation’s celebratory mood this summer’.

Sherling added: ‘Golden Goose PR has impressed us with its ability to tap into the zeitgeist and make prime property exciting – to its target market and beyond.’
