‘It’s going to be aimed at a national news sections, as well as consumer tech writers. There will be a healthy mixture of online and offline, and our work will include a series of proactive news generation stories and campaigns aimed at building the brand. The fact this is a great British dotcom success story that has found fortune overseas is an added angle for their story.’

The Hope&Glory team will be reporting to Nichola Sharpe, V-P of brand and comms, at BaseKit.

She said: ‘We have already started working together on defining the global messaging for our brand and we’ve got a great story to tell in the British media.’
