Ellis has been head of comms and policy at the PRCA for the past five years, and led the body through such issues as the fight with the NLA over online coverage fees, while building the association's thought leadership programme and running research and PR.
Ellis said: ‘It has been a fantastic five years and I leave the PRCA stronger than it has ever been. Aardvark Communications will help clients develop thought leadership strategies that leverage content across multiple channels to maximise the return on their investment.’
PRCA chief executive Francis Ingham added: ‘Richard's contribution to the PRCA and to the industry has been invaluable. We are delighted to have Aardvark as PRCA members and wish him and the consultancy every success in the future.’
