Chefs Davies and Burton-Race, who met through the ITV show Britain’s Best Dish in 2010, have created the concept.
Davies said: ‘With the popularity of social media and online gaming soaring, we realised there was a strong appetite to experience real control of a restaurant.
‘Instinct PR will help deliver us the kind of launch we need, which is ultimately a lot of awareness to communicate this new idea to the right people.’
Instinct will help the venture drum up interest among members of the public and keen ‘foodies’ who will be invited to become members of The Restaurant Experience, a worldwide food and drink hub, and be able to vote and collaborate in the running of a restaurant.
The first restaurant will be introduced in the UK with plans to roll out a further ten globally.
Instinct PR founder and director Jonathan Kirkby, who will be working with hospitality PR consultant Natalie Still on the project, said: ‘We are looking forward to using a wide range of media platforms to launch this unique concept and see it develop into a working restaurant.’
The brief will also include a social media remit and handling the production of a forthcoming TV show on the venture.
