SEOUL: Brodeur Worldwide has taken a majority interest in Korea's

largest hi-tech PR agency InComm Korea, making its first move to build a

branded network in Asia. The deal, funded by parent company Omnicom,

comes amid rumours of further acquisitions in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Sixty-strong InComm will be rebranded InComm Brodeur.
