Most recently, Walsh has worked with Maverick Television to oversee the launch of ‘NHS local’ - the West Midlands-based digital service for the health service.
Walsh will lead broadcast outreach across Red’s client base.

After joining ITN in 1999, Walsh rose to be deputy editor of the ITV News Channel. After leaving ITN, he joined The Times where he introduced online video and podcasting. He also advised David Cameron’s director of strategy Steve Hilton on the Conservatives’ approach to broadcasting.
