Maynard joined the firm in August as a tech MD and deputy practice chair. He worked with current head Chris Cartwright, who is switching roles within the agency to become MD at Burson-Marsteller Geneva.

Matt Carter, UK CEO of Burson-Marsteller, said: ‘Ben has already made a real impact since he joined us and will bring both experience and innovation to the role. Having already had time to get to know the clients and the team means he is hitting the ground running.’

Maynard moved to Burson-Marsteller from MHP where he was head of technology and telecommunications.

Before this, he was deputy MD of Harvard PR, where he worked with Cartwright. And before Harvard he was joint head of the technology practice at Band & Brown.
