Public Sector: Kindred wins lectures brief

Kindred has been appointed to promote the Royal Institution's 2011 Christmas Lecture series, following a similar campaign last year.

The historic lectures, which have taken place since 1825, are televised during the festive period.

Last year the lectures returned to BBC Four, with viewing figures of more than two million.

This year's lecture series, called 'Meet Your Brain', will explore how our brains work and what makes us human.

Kindred client service director Anastasia Scott said: 'This year's theme, which looks at the human mind and how it works, gives us lots to play with, and we're very much looking forward to delivering another effective project.'

Kindred will support the Royal Institution in promoting the lectures via online and offline PR.
