The company owns lingerie brand Ultimo and will launch Ultimo Beauty in spring 2012 – a range of products that include bodycare and self-tan.

To help support the firm’s expansion plans Kimberley Hamilton has joined as PR manager from Beattie Communications, where she worked for clients that included easyJet, West Beer and Hawes & Curtis. Georgia Hammill has joined as PR executive from Shine Communications, where she worked for clients that included GHD, Evian and Indesit.

The firm has also appointed Michelle Orr, from Dakota Hotels Group, as marketing manager.

Co-owner and founder of Ultimo Michelle Mone said of the appointments: ‘We are going through an extremely busy and exciting time at Ultimo and the girls have a lot to get their teeth into.

‘There will be many more campaigns to work on than normal as we reveal more exciting new developments in 2012.’

MJM's sales exceeded £10m for the first time in 2010, but increased costs and investment in new brands hit profits.
