It is understood the brief also asks for the agency to position PayPal as a leading payment technology firm under the banner ‘The future of money’.
The company is launching products under this banner that offer consumers services to pay and be paid ‘anytime, anywhere, any way’.
An example of this is the brand's recently launched Facebook service, which allows users to send money to friends and family through the social media site.
