Publicis merges agencies.

Publicis Groupe has announced that digital agencies Digitas Health and Razorfish Health are to be merged into the larger Publicis Healthcare Communications Group. Digitas and Razorfish will operate as standalone brands within PHCG, adding to its roster of healthcare agency brands including Saatchi & Saatchi Health and Publicis Life Brands.

Peppermint PR has been appointed by Transformulas, the UK cosmeceuticals brand, to handle national, consumer and trade media relations for the company's anti-ageing and lifestyle treatments.

Cancer Research UK has appointed Doctors.net.uk, the professional network of doctors in the UK, to run an educational campaign aimed at GPs. The six-month campaign will offer GPs practical advice to help them identify red flag cancer symptoms and make appropriate referrals.

Bray Leino, the comms shop that is part of The Mission Marketing Group, has launched a healthcare agency. Bray Leino Vivactis will be headed by Mark Duckham, former MD of Grey Healthcare and TNS Healthcare, with a staff of 15.
