Klofacova picked as Herald Comms London office MD

Technology specialist Herald Communications has ended its

nine-month search for a London office head with the promotion of former

Prague MD Sarka Klofacova.

Klofacova takes on the London MD role with a remit to lead the 33-strong

division - a post that Herald had been looking to fill since last

year.

Herald founder Paul Matthieu had filled the post prior to Klofacova's

appointment, but will now concentrate on European strategy in his dual

role as executive chairman.

In Prague, Klofacova has been replaced by Radek Marsik, who joined last

December.

On her latest remit, Klofacova said: 'I'll be helping with talent

development, quality control and knowledge-sharing in the London

office.'

Prior to Herald, Klofacova worked at Mmd Marketing Communications as an

account director.

Herald, which has 110 staff and five offices across Europe, joined the

Omnicom network in February when it was acquired by Fleishman-Hillard

(PRWeek, 2 February).
