Rocket wins CSR account

A firm aiming to become 'the Intel of the wireless technology industry' has called in agency help to increase its brand awareness.

CSR, formerly Cambridge Silicon Radio, has turned to Rocket after parting with four-year incumbent EML.

Rocket's remit will cover markets in the UK, Japan, Taiwan and Korea.

The agency will focus heavily on brand awareness, emphasising that CSR's electronics are behind the wireless capabilities of LG, Samsung and Sennheiser products.

Rocket MD Pete Hendrick said: 'CSR wants consumers to see its logo and recognise it as a stamp of quality and cutting-edge technology.'
