FilmFlex Movies was launched in 2005 and currently operates services with Virgin Media and Channel 4, with more than 65 million buys to date from more than 4,000 films.
Braben will provide a full press office service for the company, including a series of news announcements revealing new partners and its expansion on to a variety of devices and territories in 2011 and into 2012.
Braben will also work on a bespoke media education campaign across the UK's media, marketing and advertising industries and will oversee a digital outreach campaign.

FilmFlex has content deals with more than 30 movie suppliers including all the Hollywood Studios and claims to offer more new releases to rent online than competitors iTunes, LoveFilm or Blinkbox.
