INTERNATIONAL: BORDER LINES - J Walter Thompson takes PR head

NEW YORK: WPP advertising agency J Walter Thompson has taken on Isabelle Kellogg as a senior partner to head all consumer PR. The newly-created post involves working directly for one of the agency's biggest clients, the De Beers Group, which sells two-thirds of the world's annual supply of rough diamonds. Kellogg has been appointed to oversee a team of ten people working on the diamond information centre, which handles De Beers PR from within JWT. Kellogg comes aboard from Chopard Swiss Watch and Jewellery Co, where she served as director of PR.
