BORDER LINES: Blackie McDonald heads abroad

SINGAPORE: Australia's fourth largest PR agency Blackie McDonald has launched its first overseas office as part of a plan to build a multinational network. The pounds 4 million hi-tech PR firm has launched in Singapore under the management of Kim Stockham, who joins from her own agency, The Ginger Jar. Blackie McDonald plans to open offices in Hong Kong and London by the middle of 2001, with discussions for a UK joint venture underway with US-based agency Wilson McHenry.
