Recruitment agency Adecco has retained financial agency College Hill, formerly with recruitment rival Manpower.
PR manager Stuart Neill handed the pounds 400,000 brief to long-term favourites College Hill following his departure from Manpower earlier this year.
Manpower appointed rival consultancy Salt three months ago to work with College Hill on the handover of the account.
College Hill has been tasked with handling all UK and Ireland PR for Adecco, including financial PR, PA, branding, corporate and b-to-b PR, as well as some project work.
From next year, Adecco plans another 30 branches and 12 training centres across the UK and Ireland and will use College Hill to promote the launches.
The firm is also looking to the agency to make the most of its sponsorship of the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester.
College Hill director Ronald Hepburn heads a five-strong team on the account, reporting to Neill and Adecco marketing director Katie Brazier.
Brazier said PR would be 'the primary marketing tool' for 2001.
