STOP PRESS: IPR submits to Holyrood on lobby regulation

The Scottish arm of the IPR has made submissions to the Holyrood parliament's standards committee on the regulation of lobbyists. The IPR favours a voluntary code of conduct based on self-regulation, but made clear it would co-operate fully with statutory regulation if that is what Parliament decides.
