The campaign will encourage Stilton lovers to think creatively about how to use the cheese – whether in soups, sauces or just crumbled on to beans on toast.
Jayne Bassham, Golley Slater London MD, said: ‘Our focus will be on consumer-facing activities, running the day-to-day press office and managing social media on behalf of the SCMA. As part of our induction, the team will be donning wellies, white coats and hats and visiting a Stilton-producing dairy.’
