E&J Gallo has handed the consumer PR for three more wine brands to W Communications, including the UK launch of Barefoot, the biggest-selling wine brand in the US. Gallo first appointed the agency in March.

Daniel Rigby, who scooped the best actor gong at the Baftas for his portrayal of Eric Morecambe in the BBC drama Eric and Ernie, is in the process of signing to Katie Phillips PR. Phillips left The PR Office this year to set up her agency, with clients including Ricky Gervais and Jason Manford.
