The two-year retainer is Mango’s largest win and most valued account for some time.

The PR team has been briefed to create exposure for the brand, while working across all types of media including national press, travel press and business press. It will be working alongside in-house PR manager from Raffles, Vivian Koh, and other agencies across Europe, which will report into Mango.

At this early stage of the campaign, Mango’s plans include launching individual campaigns for each of Raffles hotels, a brand campaign and a consumer-focused social media campaign, while working very closely with Raffles vice-president Diana Banks.

Raffles currently boasts a portfolio of nine luxurious properties and is planning an expansion programme, which will see new sites being opened in Singapore, Cambodia, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles and Paris.
