Whiteoaks has added IT security company Bull UK and Ireland to its portfolio, after winning a competitive pitch. Andrew Carr, sales and marketing director, Bull UK and Ireland, said: 'Whiteoaks will help us achieve revenue growth, promoting our go-to-market plan in the region and becoming a natural extension to our marketing function.'

Chameleon, The Reptile Group's technology and b2b comms consultancy, has been drafted in as KeyPoint Technologies' global lead PR firm. KeyPoint Technologies makes linguistics products that enable users to increase the speed and accuracy of their text input. Chameleon will be focusing its PR and analyst relations activity on the global telecoms industry, highlighting KPT's move to Open Source, a type of software that is freely available.

WebExpenses, which provides expenses management to customers in 60 countries, has asked Jargon PR to manage its UK PR. Jargon won a competitive pitch after the incumbent, The Forge PR, had held the account for seven years and repitched for the work. Simon Corbett, Jargon PR MD, said: 'WebExpenses is an interesting and exciting company. Our campaign will focus on innovative and fresh ideas to distinguish the company from its competitors and make it stand out in the mind of reporters and editors.'

Brands2Life has won an account to promote Emailvision, the provider of on-demand software for email, mobile and social marketing, worldwide, following a three-way pitch. Emailvision sends four billion messages per month for more than 3,000 clients worldwide. Brands2Life will lead a global strategic brand and comms programme and spearhead a series of targeted country campaigns with a social media engagement programme.
