Capital MSL signs Hill and Knowlton staffer

Capital MSL has appointed senior Hill & Knowlton manager Fran McElwaine as co-managing director of its Middle East operation.

McElwaine will work alongside Kate Delahunty to increase Capital's presence across the region. While Delahunty's background lies in finance comms, McElwaine has experience in corporate comms.

Joint founder and co-head of Capital MSL, Steffan Williams, said: 'Fran brings new skills and new experiences from a range of markets in the Middle East. She will support our rapidly growing business in the region and her appointment alongside Kate means we can offer clients a broader range of capabilities.'

McElwaine joins from Hill & Knowlton, where she was general manager, United Arab Emirates. Prior to this she was regional director across Qatar, UAE, Bahrain and Jordan.
