In a retained brief that is due to start on 3 May, Eulogy will raise awareness among key audiences, including global business travellers, conference and exhibition organisers and travel and leisure trade prior to the hotel’s opening on 31 August. It will do this by making the hotel the go-to conference destination in London through national, regional, trade and international media relations and stakeholder events.
The Hilton opening will also be handled by Eulogy, as will recruitment for hotel staff from the local community.
Heathrow Terminal 5’s general manager, Greg Place, said: ‘This is a hugely exciting time for us at Hilton. It has been more than 50 years since Hilton opened the world’s first airport hotel, so with such a long heritage in global travel, it was vital we found a PR agency which was capable of meeting the challenge.’
The flagship hotel, which is to open in late August 2011, will include facilities of 350 luxury guest rooms, conference space, a restaurant from Cyrus Todiwala of London’s Café Spice Namaste and a luxury spa.
