PUBLIC SECTOR: Palmer quits own agency for DoE Awards

Rosalyn Palmer is to leave her job as MD at the agency she founded to take a consultancy role with the Duke of Edinburgh Awards youth achievement organisation. There she will join former client Richard Young. Rosalyn Palmer PR is retained as PR agency to the Awards, reporting to Palmer and Young. Palmer will continue to work for the agency as a consultant on a number of 'key accounts'. Board member David Freedman and group finance director Julian Davies now become joint managing directors of RPPR.
