The Red Consultancy has again beaten the competition, this time winning four awards at the PRCA 2000 Outstanding Consultancy Awards.

Red picked up three awards in the category of Outstanding Professional Practice Awards for clients BBC Worldwide, Johnson & Johnson ROC and Office Angels.

The other was the newly introduced Outstanding Young PR Professional presented to 25-year-old account manager Daisy Turville-Petre (PR Week, 1 September).

A panel of eight judges including panel chairman, Mark Adams, the founder of Text 100 and chairman of Media Report, considered over 100 entries to choose 12 winners and six commendations.

Adams said there had been a 'noticeable shift in this year's entries to having objectives which really deliver measurable business objectives'.

Countrywide Porter Novelli was also distinguished in the ceremony after picking up two awards in the categories of Outstanding Staff Training and Development and Outstanding Professional Practice in the International Arena.
