The agency, together with the centre’s in-house team and local retail partners, will look to develop a new brand identity for the complex.
Tea & Cake has been charged with raising awareness of the shopping centre and driving footfall via local events, PR and advertising as well as a digital and social media support.
The brief will also focus on creating local initiatives; designed to engage the local community and build media relations.
Lucy Finnegan, MD at Tea & Cake PR, commented: ‘We are really looking forward to building an identity for the centre and creating a programme which will help the centre reconnect with the local community.’
