Perform Group drafts in Tulchan to handle PR for £500m float

Perform Group, a digital sports media group backed by the Russian-born American billionaire Len Blavatnik, has brought in Tulchan Communications to handle PR for its £500m float.

Thecompany, which owns football website goal.com, issued an intention to float last week to list on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.


Consultants Stephen Malthouse, Susanna Voyle and Mal Patel will lead the account.


Perform Group is raising capital to support a global expansion drive, particularly targeting the US market.

The company was created in 2007 after the merger of Premium TV and rights agency Inform Group. US citizen Blavatnik owns 60 per cent of the firm.


Perform also owns Sportal.com.au , one of the largest sports websites in Australia and New Zealand, and soccerway.com, a global football site concentrating on live scores and statistics.
