Kallaway wins Cyprus tourism PR brief for UK market

Kallaway has been appointed by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation to handle all its PR activity in the UK.

The agency’s specialist travel team won the three-year account following a competitive pitch process and begins working on the brief immediately.

Kallaway will target both consumer and trade travel and lifestyle media.

The PR brief coincides with a new advertising campaign by the tourism board, ‘Cyprus in Your Heart’ that includes TV, national press and outdoor media and emphasises the various experiences that visitors can enjoy at the destination.

June Field, who heads up Kallaway’s travel and lifestyle division, said: ‘This beautiful island and its unique history has a special affinity with the British traveller – that’s why it’s our favourite year-round destination.'

Kallaway is a sponsorship and public relations agency specialising in arts and culture, lifestyle, travel and community.
