BORDER LINES: Rendine resigns from GTech

RHODE ISLAND: Lottery machine manufacturer GTech has announced the resignation of its chief spokesman Robert Rendine, who has been with the company for eight years. Rendine joined as a spokesperson and was eventually promoted to vice-president of corporate communications. He leaves next week to become senior vice-president of communications of the Nasdaq-owned American Stock Exchange in New York. A GTech spokesperson said no decisions had been made regarding a successor.
