PUBLIC SECTOR: Blower prepares to rebrand Lambeth

The London Borough of Lambeth’s new head of communications David Blower is to enlist the help of a corporate branding agency to revamp the council’s image over the next six months. The makeover will be one of his first major tasks after taking on the top PR role at Lambeth. Blower said he would also aim to strengthen the press office by increasing the number of full-time PROs from one to four and would implement a more proactive strategy to combat negative stereotypes of the borough.
