Midland-based public sector PR agency Reputation has launched an

on-line publication on its web site for the public sector PR community

to share information and ideas on evaluating their service to

customers.

Called PSPR, the monthly edition is the brainchild of Reputation partner

Mike Fletcher and Redditch Council’s policy and communications manager

Fran Collingham. It was set up to promote best practice within the PR

industry and will include evaluation case studies and articles from

clients as well as PR practitioners.

In the forthcoming issue Heart FM news editor Sue Owen writes a piece

called ’Ten reasons why we don’t use your press releases’. Tony

Elliston, former chief executive of Hackney Council also writes on

change management.

’Health, education, charity work - they all have the same issues, but

very little sharing goes on. So we decided to create a web site that

brings all these ideas together,’ Fletcher told PR Week.

Access to the site is free and does not require registration. The site

can be accessed at: www.e-reputation.co.uk/pspr temp.htm or through

prweek.com’s best practice pages.
